We’re talking with intimacy expert Katherine Smailis, to discuss different ways you can co-regulate with your partner. Kat defines what intimacy means, the “accelerators” and “brakes” of your sex life, and the effects a dysregulated nervous system can have on your relationship dynamics with other people.
Kat is an Occupational Therapist, specializing in Relational Energetics and Intimacy, and her mission within her company, TRĒ Wellness Consulting, is to strengthen the foundation of the family unit. Her approach also encompasses the mind, body, and spirit thus supporting an integrative approach to wellness.
