Lindsay Mitchell is the founder of Vital-Side, a membership program that empowers those with chronic illness and limbic system impairment (LSI) to retrain their brains out of the chronic stress response. When we’re operating from the parasympathetic growth-and-repair response, we can start connecting with our innate healing properties… but we need simple & structured tools to access these. That’s the information she gives you in Vital-Side; she uses her training in medicine as a physician assistant, work as an NLP practitioner, and experience having recovered from Lyme disease to assist others in learning how to shift out of a state of stress and into a state of resilience and balance within their nervous systems.

-We can get clear on WHY we are using a more holistic approach & connect with our own self-worth
