This week, we sat down with international laughter coach, Bianca Spears, also known as “that laughter lady”. We discussed the incredible ways laughter and brain retraining work together to lower our body’s stress chemicals and how we can use breathing techniques and positive reinforcement to enjoy the benefits of laughter wellness.
In 2013, Bianca shifted from the corporate world into entrepreneurship and met anxiety, stress, and chronic fatigue along the way. As a result, she incorporated holistic wellness into her work and helped people step up their lives to embrace more ease, fun and flow.
